K. I've been playing 100% heros lately 85% of that i'd say ive been playing my belle. Personally i'm always out there if i can't find a mission then exmping down, chatting it up, with other players looking for some new faces. It's getting really hard to find more decent players, and yes we all know that villans isn't helping but there are still alot of active players on the heros side. So here's a few quick suggestions on maybe a new course of action. ((In no particular order))
1-We don't need more council members. what we need is more recruiters. I know its been a bit crazy with random people jsut dropping off the face of the earth but do we really need 10 leaders of there isn't even that many actives under the roster. Like even me for example I don't play villans cause honestly it bores me. I shouldn't have any say in what goes on on that side of the sg. perhaps leaders on one side should be nothing more the recruiters on the other and vice versa.
2- (The long shot) For arguments sake what if there was a sub-divison of the actual belles. A recruiting divison or belle bootcamp lol. I know the gents faded away, but a secondary sg may make the main look more prestigious. take a council member or two and Keep them in charge. This second sg would have an allow all invite all mentality. This way it will be allow easier sifting through the actives and non-actives the good and the bad. at lvl 20 and a cape they get recruiter status as well and at 30 give them the belle cosutme aura and choice(promotion) to come into the actual LIberty belles. This would also be a perfect place to drop all of our new ten and under toons that alot of us made to promote lowbie teaming sg prestige and basically a real sg envirnment for new blood into the family. Coalition/alliance/and all other firends welcome of course. So essentially, the actual belles themselves would all be 30+. cause at 30 chances are that toon will be played be whomever more often. This doesn't mean we still can't directly invite into the belles of course. Buuutt of course that leaves us with the prestige problem. 3- (the prestige problem) Hmm im not really one for fancy bases and guns and raids and what not but for those who are 2 sg's ='s half prestige. Soooo i think we should give incentive to players (non council) in the sg by doubling theyre prestige they earn for the sg by matching it with influence form the higher up coucnil members. for example Our highest is hane with what 120k prestige.. now for all his work and devotion to the sg in the past month or so seriously whats 240k to all of us with 50's. I think thats fair. 4- (the reality) now i understand that alot of it seems a bit flawed or even alot of work, but it sounds like progress and I'll help out however ya need me too as always. It's jsut the way things are it isn't working. Even if we get a half a dozen new active belles at minimum it'll be worth it. Just wanted to put that out on the table, please send some feedback or responses or whatever/however you think this will work or not work and build on it and make it right. Thanks for reading see you all out there. Cheers. EL

EL, I'd love to group with you, and I'm working my way to being able to, although slower now with alts. I agree that there is less activity, and I know I have little say in the matter, but I like things as they are. It's a small little atmosphere that I can get along with, I know everyone there, even if I hadn't grouped with them yet. Whenever a SG gets really big, I end up leaving, because it's overwhelming. Of coarse, no SG I've been in has had the high standards of the Belles, so that may have been one of the factors, but I don't like speaking badly of people. And would another SG be worth it? That's not just devided prestige, that's devided time. The Belles already have two SGs, on heroes and on villains, two more for each would be time consuming. You forget that WE would have to have people in the new SGs as well in order to make sure they'd be fit for the "real" Belles. Finally, my own opinion is, that sounds disrespectful. To the people that make it, we're making choices on them that basically says, "you're not good enough", and to me that's more cruel then just not inviting them at all. It's like some morbid test. That may be a rash way of looking at it, but that's how I saw it. Sorry. The low level alts, as far as I understand were to make prestige. Grouping was a happy side effect. I don't plan on keeping the characters I use like that, I just wanted to help. So they won't be taking up excessive amounts of space. Putting them in a seperate SG just would defeat the purpose of why we made them. I'm sorry if you miss-understood, or if I did. As for influence trade to Prestige. Please don't. One, I'd never personally take money for any reason, just how I am. But I'd also feel such a deal cheapens the worth of prestige. I'm proud to be a Belle, and being rewarded for just doing what I want to anyway seems bizzare. Blea, I said alot more than I wanted to. Oh well.

I thought the "bootcamp" SG was a good idea. Would probably end up alot of work but a good idea. I didn't see the "you're not good enough to be with us" before Hane said it, but that's probably because I am very picky with my teammates. On the prestige thing, I'm not running in SG mode much cause I'm trying to horde up money so I can make necessary enh changes in the future and still have some left to build on (because I despise seeing 0 inf). And splitting up the SG to where the Belles are 30+ is fine by me since I'm 35 . Anyway I think its good having people speak their ideas because I believe in this quote: "Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity." But EL wasn't trying to speak badly of other people's playing abilities; she was giving an idea to be thrown around.

Els you know I LOVE YOU girl but I just have a few examples of what you are talking about. I hope no one takes offense to this, it is more of an example than a put down.
One of the most elite super groups in the game is MDK, which I am a member of in one way or another. They have had their problems in the past and recently. They also started the multiple super group thing. Hence MDK Reserves, and MDK Corrupt on the villain side. I'm on the outside looking in most of the time, and with a group that big there is always problems. I love the fact that we are who we are. Right now I think we should work on recruiting some Belles. Y'all are out playing and there has to be good players whether noobs or veterans that would make good Belles. Now as far as as second group the only one I would like to see is a group for our 50's Ive been thinking about this for some time. Only thing stopping me at the moment is the number of 50's we have, I'd to have at least 10 before that group is started. It would be called "Liberty Belles 50 Club" or something close to that.
As far as the Belle Council members I have made it 10 members for this reason. At no time will we ever have the entire Belle Council together, its just a fact of the game. But with as many as we have I figure 4-6 members at any giving time will get things done.
I hope I have not offended anyone or stepped on any toes. Thats the last thing I want to do, My goal with this super group was not to have a leader but leaders. I know most of you think of me as the boss, but thats not how I want to be known. This our super group not my super group.
One last thing I have gotten behind on the website. With the school and the holidays things are hectic right now. But I'm doing my best and will have it completely updated soon.
I Love You All And Wish You A Very Merry Christmas, And A Happy And Safe New Year!!!

Hmmm i know you all luv me lol this is jsut freindly debate. and im gonna stick to my guns here. It's not nessacarily someoehwer were poeple aren't good enough to join its more or less a spawning pool for un claimed heros. Instead of flooding the main sg with mass sg invites, it just seems like an eaiser way to find a few new players. Female toons are rare enough. As far as the prestige goes hane your way too sweet lol. But i think there are alot of player that are a bit fed up not getting infuelnce, including a girl named absolute el, and it may be a pretty good incentive to join a sg wiht jsut a bit more to offer on top of a webiste as sg events and cosutmes and yadda yadda yadda. I dunno seemed like a good idea. and as far as mdk theyre having problems now cause theyre letting EVERYONE in, everyone wants a piece and everyone is getting just that. But i'm sure it;ll weed itself out and al will be well again. Besides its not jsut them the sisterhood works the same way and theyre fun. So does cute and fluffy and a few others not to be dropping any more names. i mean could it really hurt to just try? i suppose it's all on what u prefer some people feel comfortable with a smaller closer sg including myself actually, but i think the way things are those are th only type of people the belles will be able to get. Theres alot of people out there that want more and then we lose miss fitt, then TD whos next? I dunno just trying to get the wheel spinning a bit i suppose. It's all in good fun it's just an idea no worries. Luv ya all and happy holidays. Cheers El

I'm sorry EL, and everyone that may have misunderstood me. I knew it was just an idea, I was just putting down counter points. I generally face every problem by looking at the opposing side of an argument first, because I already know the supporting side. But I guess I blew it out of proportion. My words were assuming and harsh, I'm very sorry EL.
I do have points I liked about your ideas too. Like the Dark Council being made of different Belles than the Liberty Belles. Honestly, there will be people that play one more than the other, they are two very distinct types of play and few will be able to play both without bias towards the other.
I don't think the influence for prestige is a bad idea, that was just my personal shout, since I was mentioned. Since I brought myself down to 0 influence donating to the Scavenger Hunt, I have started switching between sg mode on and off. I have a pattern off one mission on, one mission off. This gets me the money I need and the prestige I want to bring in. I think that is a good pattern for anyone 34 and over to get prestige without losing as much money.
I still dislike the "boot camp" though. Like you say, we might not be as frivolous with inviting as MDK, but it's use is still to "root out" inactive or misbehaving characters, right? That still sounds cruel to me, because no matter how I look at it, it's like telling those people "you're not up to par" in some manner or another. The only other alternative I think boot camp to apply to is training. Belle training sounds wierd, like we're assuming everyone is corrupt by some evil and we have to knock it out of them. Or I just have an overactive imagination, either case I'd still see that idea as.... bad? May be a better word for it, I dunno, I'm just babbling in a straight line and not looking back! Yeargh!!
Okay, I'm going to stop now in case I say anything bad again. If I have already, I'm sorry to anyone I offended.

STOP APOLOGIZING!!! and don't comment and apologize for me wanting you not to apoplgize. did that make sense?? heh anyways nice idea on how you switch in and out of sg mode from mission to mission. THink im going to start doing that too, i jsut feel guilty sometimes sorry. (great there i go now). Umm btw where is kayla she has all of our money >_<. I still don't see what's cruel about all of this, jsut think it makes us sound a bit more...elite, which if you really look at the actives we're chock a block of talent as is. There's not a bad player among us truthfuly, that's why i think it's a good idea as well. why not teach some other people while expanding our numbers. Seems this issue is about to come full circle though so I've pretty much said my piece. Um i'd still like to do it, if it works great, if not well thats fine too. Just an idea and at the least a good brainstorming forum post =oÞ

OK I'm a bit confused here! What have we decided to, if anything at all?
Do we want build on the Liberty Belles, and mentor the lowbies? Then if it comes to it create an alternate super group?

I wouldn't say its an alternate SG just a "training" SG. There are alot of noobs out there that have even gotten 30+ and don't know the difference between a doorhandle and a doorknob. I know cause I've teamed with alot of them when I accept blind invites because I'm so desperate to have a team. I have a 22 illusion troller or a lvl 18 blaster that can be thrown in it so I have a toon in that SG to help with.
Oh this is off topic but I'm probably gonna delete Kasie Annihilater and replace her with Kasie Annihilator. The latter one is a Brute and she's alot more fun than what the MM has become for me. MMs are, as EL put it, a dime a dozen and the minions have become too weak for my tastes.
