Here are the builds for my 3 toons:
Spectrai
Templar Faction
Build Type: Assault Rifle Leech (aka AR Leech)
ACTIVES:
Anima Shot (AR-Support)- Builds 1 AR resource, plus heals defensive target X and 23.9% of damage dealt
Transfuse Anima (AR-Squad Duty)- Consumes all AR resources, deals X damage, plus heals defensive target 21.3% of damage dealt. If target Hindered, defensive target gains 5.6% leech effect for 10 seconds.
Turn the Tables(Survivalism)- Self heal for 642
Suppressing Fire (AR-Bombardment)- TAoE Frenzy attacks up to 5 enemies, Builds 1 Resource on each affected target and one on self for secondary weapon
Fire at Will (AR-Engage)- Consumes all AR resources, TAoE Frenzy attack deals more damage
Slow the Advance (AR-Engage-ELITE)- GTAoE up to 5 enemies, deals damage, plus targets become Hindered, and movement speed reduced 70% for 8 seconds
Cauterise (Fist-Warming Up)- Builds 1 Fist Resource, heals defensive target for X and gives heal over time effect for X every second for 3 seconds, stacks up to 3 times
PASSIVES:
Experience (AR-Support-ELITE)- Increases the effectiveness of leech effects by 20% (heal and damage)
Eagle Eye (AR-Engage)- increase damage for AR abilities by 10%
Lethality (AR-Heavy Fire) - gain 1% damage increase for 10 seconds, stacks 10 times (10% damage increase), but all stacks removed if you glance
Twist the Knife (Blades-Wind through Grass)- when you penetrate you gain 1 stack increase of all damage dealt by 3% for 10 seconds, which stacks 3 times (9% damage increase)
Anticoagulant (AR-Support Team)- Damaging leech abilities cause target to become Afflicted with damage over time effect
Iron Maiden (Blood-Malediction)- When you penetrate a target that is Afflicted, you gain a Minor Penetration Chance effect, which increases Penetration Chance by 10% for 8 seconds.
Knuckle Down (Hammer-Excessive Damage)- increases damage dealt by Resource Builers by 10%
USE:
For mobs of 1 or 2, Anima Shot from distance, when 5 resources built, Slow the Advance, move away with Transfuse Anima, repeat Anima Shot & Transfuse Anima. Switch to second target, and use Suppressing Fire if first target low on health. Otherwise, Anima Shot & Transfuse Anima.
For mobs of 2 or more, Suppressing Fire from distance, when 5 resources built, Fire at Will, switch to another target, Slow the Advance, and then Transfuse Anima (it should have 5 resources already built for nice heal). Depending on numbers and health of mob, continue Suppressing Fire, switch to another target with 5 resources and Fire at Will or Transfuse Anima (depends on situation, you have to judge).
Toss in Turn the Table or Cauterise when needed, if things get tight. I have Cauterise to counter those over time damage effects, it also causes Warmth which increases Health restoring effects for 4 seconds (stacking 5 times for 20 seconds of increased Health restoration)

Has 3 Build Types: (1)My Personal Pistol build (still working on),(2) AR Leech build, and (3)Healer Build.
(1) My Personal Pistol build
ACTIVES:
(1)Backup Drone (Pistol-Trajectionist)- Follows defensive target for 15 seconds, giving target increases in healing, leech, and barrier effects received by 30%. Every second the drone will heal target for X.
(2)Dirty Tricks (Pistol-Armed-ELITE)- GTAoE attack affects up to 5 enemies for X damage, affected targets become Hindered and unabe to move for 4 seconds.
(3)The Business (Pistol-Armed) - Builds 1 resource for each equipped weapon. A single target attack that hit 3 times, dealing X per hit.
(4)Shootout (Pistol-Armed)- Consumes all Pistol resources, a Focus attack
(5)Hog Wild (Fist-Feral - Consumes all Fist resources, a Blast attack affects up to 5 enemies
(6)Shake and Bake (Pistol-Crossfire)- a Dash attack dealing X, affecting up to 5 enemies. Affected targets become Hindered and unable to move for 4 seconds.
(7)Cauterise (Fist-Warming Up)- Builds 1 Fist Resource, heals defensive target for X and gives heal over time effect for X every second for 3 seconds, stacks up to 3 times
PASSIVES:
(1)Brawler (Hammer-Grit)- Increases Crit Power by 15%
(2)Making Amends (Fist-Heat of Battle)- Heal over time effects are 10% more effective
(3)Advantage Me (Pistol-Trajectionist)- Crit hits gain you a heal over time effect, X every second for 5 seconds
(4)Out of the Woods (Fist-Primal-ELITE)- When you heal a target above 80%, all direct healing done increases by 27.5% for 8 seconds
(5)Hot Iron (Fist-Warming Up)- When you apply a direct heal, you build a Hot Iron counter, at 7, your next direct healing ability will heal for an additional 50%
(6)Lick Your Wounds (Fist-Primal)- When you hit, gain a stack of heal over time that heals X every second per stack for 3 seconds, can stack up to 5 times
(7)Straight Shooter (Pistol-Armed)- Increases damage dealt by Pistol abilities by 10%
USE:
For most mobs, start with Dirty Tricks to hold, The Business, Shootout, Hog Wild as mob should of moved into melee, Shake and Bake to hold again and gain distance, repeat The Business and Shootout. Use Hog Wild when appropriate, build Fist resources while healing with Cauterise if you want Hog Wild sooner.
Backup Drone and Cauterise if things get tight, and to heal teammates.

Forking Paths - PBAoE attack affects up to 5 enemies, builds 1 resource for each weapon equipped. For every affected target hit that is Afflicted, you are healed for X
Stunning Swirl - PBAoE attack affects up to 5 enemies, affected targets become Impaired and unable to act for 3 seconds
Balances Blade - Consumes all Blade resources, PBAoE attack affects up to 5 enemies, Builds 2 Blade Resources if any affected targets are Impaired
Crimson Theatre - Consumes all Blade resources, places an area at your feet that lasts 10 seconds. Every second it will hit up to 5 enemies dealing damagae and generating hate.
Karma - Consumes all Chaos resourcs, PBAoE Frenzy attack affects up to 5 enemies. Also applies a detrimental effect to affected targets that causes then to heal the next target they hit for a percentage of their target's max health.
Martial Discipline - gain Major Defense effect, which increases the chance that attacks against you will glance by 50% for 6 seconds
PASSIVES:
Turbulence - When you activate a Frenzy ability, you gain a stack of the Evade Rating effect, which increases your Evade Rating by 30 per stack for 8 seconds, can stack 5 times
Hardcase - When you apply Weakened, you gain a stack of Protection effect, which increases your Physical and Magical Protection by 30 per stack for 8 seconds, can stack 5 times
Tipped Scales - When you hit an Impaired target, you gain a heal over time effect that heals X every second for 6 seconds.
Intensity - Improves "Escalation" by reducing the change that it will glance by 5%, increasing the hate by 20%, and it will also cause the affected targets to become Weakened by a stack of Exposed effect, which increases all damage received by 3% per stack for 10 seconds, can stack 10 times.
Sharp Blades - Increases damage by Blade abilities by 10%
Breakdown - When you hit with a Chaos, Blade, or Hammer ability, the target becomes Weakened by a stack of Exposed effect, which increases all damage received by 3% per stack for 10 seconds, can stack 10 times
Regeneration - "Martil Discipline" also gives you a hea over time effect, healing X every second while active
USE:
All mobs (you're a tank), usually start with spamming Escalation before engaging (build Evade, causes Weakened), Stunning Swirl (causes Impaired), Balanced Blade (builds 2 blade resources with Impaired targets, heal over time, and Karma (more heal). All 4 attacks are AoE for up to 5 enemies. After that repeat, Escalation & Forking Paths to build resources for Crimson Theatre and Karma. Will use Balanced Blade, instead of Crimson Theatre to avoid aggroing other mobs by accident.
Toss in Martial Discipline when health drops a bit for the first time, so that it's close to ready for next mob, or the unexpected roaming mob. I hit health/barrier potions more than the other toons without a spammable heal.
