I haven't been holding onto orbs for awhile now, I hoarded red orbs for Coulson (and gold orbs so I could level him up), got a 5 red star on him, I had over 100 red when he released. I wish I got some red for Elsa, she is pretty cool, but they release characters too close together, making it hard to have gold/items to level them up effectively

400k to go from 73 > 74 that's so much gold

Hoarding orbs just to get 2 of everything is annoying as shit so I do not hoard very often. I have put more effort into leveling existing characters rather than the new characters. I have been trying to get the full Guardian team to T13 and also the Defenders + Ms Marvel to T13. Got 22 characters at T13 now. Meanwhile been saving up some gear to level the Kree and Shield teams.

Maybe don't go as hard on it as you have. Just donate 10k gold, do 5 war battles and 5 raid runs.

Maybe. Seeing all these new characters constantly coming out is really annoying. You cant really expect to work on any one group before the next one rolls out and to get one of the characters, you need the previous group at 5* or more. Now with the level bump and DD Pt3 coming out......ugh. I look at T14 and think I have no interest in it.

That's why I just go for the characters I like. I did basically nothing for F4 (except Thing since I got a random 6 red star drop), Wakandans, Sinister 6 or updated AIM and haven't really done anything for Stryfe and Mr. Sinister. Since I Have Loki at 7 red stars, I am going after the Asgardians and if I get Black Bolt that's fine, but not on my must get list.

Finally got Minn-Erva to 6* then ran DD1 again. Got a new personal best of 49 minutes and 53 seconds. Rank 194 Get that better by 5 minutes will get into the top 100.

not sure if you guys are aware, but we are getting a new calendar due to an offer that was incorrect, we will be getting 10 gold star credits to bring 2 characters you have at 5 red stars to 6 red stars (once the character you want to level up shows up in the store)not sure how the calendar is rolling out, I would guess 7 day with various 1s and 2s showing up, so be ready to thing about which 2 characters you have at 5 red you want to get to 6 red

Used my first gold star upgrade tokens to get Phoenix to 6 red stars, doing so got me 3750 elite orb tickets, which was enough to get an elite orb, which I opened and then got a 7 red star Wasp . That makes 3-7 red star characters (Loki, Juggs and Wasp) My other upgrade is going to go towards Captain Marvel, unless I can get 5 red on Thanos with the free orbs we get, just need to get the "stars" and then wait for her to show up in the shop.

Well Done

Holding it is an absolute pain in the ass. Every day you have to lock up a battle for as much time as possible. I would start by selecting the team to fight then let it time out twice. Then use up the full minutes of the fight so that someone could not engage after me with enough time to win. I eventually got tired of trying and now I fluctuate between like 80 and 180.

Today's the first Friday the Thirteenth of 2020, so avoid walking under ladders, crossing paths with black cats, and deserted summer campgrounds. But there's plenty of good fortune to go around in MARVEL Strike Force! Fitting for Friday the 13th, we're welcoming in one of the most vile and wretched villains in the history of Marvel. We've also got new node details for the upcoming Villains Chapter 7 campaign to dive into, a Fantastic Bonus event, and lucky festivities. But before you get the green, you’ll be seeing red...




Red Skull

Hydra shall once again strike fear in the hearts of all who face them for Red Skull has arrived! A high-ranking member of Hydra, Red Skull has been a longtime foe of Captain America and the world at large. He's a Controller for the Hydra team who can summon minions, revive non-summoned minions with stacks of Charge, and orchestrate an all-Hydra Assist Ultimate attack, which also includes Winter Soldier and Crossbones. On War Defense, Red Skull is a terrifying force (even for Captain America): Red Skull applies Taunt with his Basic attack and has 100% Damage Reduction with 4 Hydra minions in battle -- making him impervious to attacks while his full team is in play. When you combine Red Skull's Damage Reduction and his ability to Revive minions with his 8 stacks of Charge, Hydra's motto becomes apt: If a head is cut off, two more shall take its place.

Four Leaf Blitz & Massive Mutant Blitz

Celebrate by driving the snakes out of Ireland with the Four Leaf Blitz! For this 3-day Blitz, earn Clover Orb Fragments via battle drops, Milestone rewards, and Rank rewards. There will not be a Top 2,000 for this Blitz as rewards will only pay out according to your percent rank. If you haven't guessed already, the Clover Orb will contain select characters that have either Green skin or clothes -- excluding Hulk -- and will drop 4 shards for those characters and 40K Gold.

Next up, Blob bounces back for his second stint in Blitz. Crush the competition and absorb Blob shards in Massive Mutant Blitz.




Villains Chapter 7

The newest chapter in the Villains campaign is almost here and just in case you need more reasons to send your elite team of Villains on this new adventure, here they are: Hela, Rescue, and Superior Basic Catalysts. Power up your Villains for a chance to grab gear and character shards in the following nodes:

Superior Basic Catalysts: Villains 7-3

Hela: Villains 7-6

Rescue: Villains 7-9

As we mentioned in a previous blog, the new Villains chapter will have additional trait requirements to add an extra challenge element. Here are the necessary traits:




Missions 1-3: Sinister Six, Hydra, or A.I.M.

Missions 4-6: Mystic

Missions 7-9: Villains, no other trait requirement




We recommend the following team stats for these missions: Level 75, 6 Gold Stars, 4 Red Stars, Gear Tier 12, Ability levels 6/6/6/4, Stark Tech 20%.




Infinity Gauntlet Form of Thanos

It's time to prepare for Thanos and his team, The Black Order! The power of the Black Order will be overwhelming and they're set to dominate Arena. You do not want to miss out on recruiting them. Here’s the rundown:

All four members of the Black Order each grant Infinity Stones during battle for

Thanos's gauntlet. When he has all of the Infinity Stones -- requiring all 4 Black Order members -- Thanos becomes "Empowered," which unlocks a new set of powerful abilities. The four members of the Black Order are Proxima Midnight, Corvus Glaive, Cull Obsidian, and Ebony Maw who will be released within the next two updates.




Ebony Maw

The newest Legendary member of the Black Order is Thanos's right-hand general, Ebony Maw. To recruit him, you'll need Black Bolt and 4 other Inhumans at 5-Stars. Inhumans will be on their way to the Store or Campaign nodes to help in your recruitment efforts. The Ebony Maw Legendary Event is currently scheduled for mid-May, so start preparing now.



Black Bolt

To recruit Black Bolt, you'll need a 5-Star Asgardian team. To help build your Asgardian team, You will soon be able to recruit Hela in Villains 7-6. The next Black Bolt Legendary Event is currently scheduled for mid-April, so continue powering up your Asgardian team!



Fantastic Bonus Event

with all the covid-19 stuff going on, wonder if online games will get more traffic with many home. I'll be working from home soon, currently on vacation to relax. Just about every year, i take a week off in March during spring. Glad I didn't plan some elaborent vacation.

I know Libby's general area (just south of her I believe) was hit with a tornado not long ago. So hope she's fine.

difoj, impressive roster man. I understand Asgardians are the new Defenders, so your Loki needs better company. Unless, you're hoping Black Order is the great new shiny.

I imagine Kallor's roster is just as impressive.

I've still be quasi hoarding Orbs like TP (which is probably just as useful), waiting for Rescue to be replaced in Blitz orb 10% with something new. If I could only hoard Gold just as well.

I will be going hard for the Black Order. Getting Ebony Maw will be the worst, since I have to put work into the Inhumans. I am hoping that between the power level of my Black Bolt, Ms. Marvel and Quake, I can get him at, at least 5 stars, but Yo-Yo is 4 (9/130), Crystal is 3 (72/80) and Karnak is 2 (26/55)so the final 2 need major work so hopefully the will be easy to farm. ( I think Karnak will be the easiest since he is kind of lame compared to the other 2 and Yo-Yo will be the hardest since she is go good at higher levels)

Started DD3 today after getting Fury to gear tier 14, did 1.97 million damage, was able to take Dr. Strange within the minute the fight lasted before getting destroyed.

Team is Fury/Phoenix/Loki/Ms. Marvel/Thanos total team power 486,640, this is really going to be a slow grind to beat just the any character nodes, no idea what will happen if I reach the trait nodes

Good Luck. Ever since the release of T14 I have been kind of meh about the game. Then putting traits into DD3 is just ridiculous.
